If you are unsatisfied with a product, email me and I can help you. This is generally a case by case thing, and rarely have any problems.
That being said, I am happy to redo the custom product to your specifications, but will need to have the original piece sent back.
If you order an inventory item and decide you do not want it, email me and mail it back. I am happy to provide a refund.
